    Spinal cord injury
    En 2009, à l’âge de 18 ans, j’ai eu un grave accident de voiture qui m’a rendu paraplégique. Depuis, je me déplace en fauteuil roulant. Malgré cette situation, je suis resté actif et déterminé à maintenir une vie pleine et indépendante.
    Après plusieurs mois d’hospitalisation et de revalidation, j’ai appris à redevenir autonome. Aujourd’hui, je continue à m’entraîner avec mon kinésithérapeute et je pratique plusieurs sports : paracyclisme (avec l’objectif de participer aux Jeux Paralympiques 2028) et handball fauteuil.

    Mais, même avec cette activité physique, la spasticité et le manque de stimulation musculaire restent des défis quotidiens.

    L’exosquelette représente pour moi une chance unique d’aller plus loin :

    •de retrouver la position debout,
    •de réduire la spasticité et d’améliorer la circulation sanguine,
    •et de revivre des sensations physiques oubliées.
    Je sais que cette technologie ne fera pas de miracle, mais elle peut m’apporter énormément — sur le plan physique, moral et émotionnel. Pouvoir me tenir debout à nouveau, à hauteur des autres, serait une expérience précieuse, un symbole d’autonomie et d’espoir.

    Je vis actuellement de mon allocation, et la location mensuelle de l’exosquelette dépasse largement mes moyens. C’est pourquoi je fais appel à votre aide.

    Si j’obtiens cette opportunité, je m’engage à m’entraîner régulièrement, à partager mon expérience et à témoigner des bienfaits de cette technologie auprès d’autres personnes en situation de handicap.
    Mon rêve serait de participer à des projets comme gravir le Kilimandjaro en exosquelette, pour montrer que les limites peuvent être repoussées.

    Je vous remercie sincèrement de prendre en considération ma demande et de me permettre, je l’espère, de faire ce pas de plus vers la liberté de mouvement.
